This piece is made in partnership with a woman-owned and operated workshop in Lima, Peru. There shared belief in fair wages, dignified working conditions, and locally sourced yarns make them an ideal partner, aesthetically and ideologically. They are recognised by the Peru Export and Tourism Board with the Fair Trade Peru Good Practices certification. Corridor have been working with them across an 8-year-long relationship, which includes yearly workshop visits, where they collaborate on design and production of various alpaca blends.
